What you see
Digital Shelf puts four views of the QComm shelf in one place. Each one is split by platform, city and dark store, so you can see where a problem starts instead of reading a national average.
- Availability (OSA). Which of your SKUs are in stock, in how many dark stores, in each city. You also see where a SKU is not listed at all, which is a distribution problem rather than a stock problem.
- Market share. Your estimated share of category sales next to your competitors, by city, with the trend.
- Share of search. Where you appear for the keywords that matter to you, organic and sponsored measured apart. The first scroll gets its own view, because that is what shoppers actually see.
- Pricing. Your price, discount and pack sizes against the competitors on the same search results, and when they change.
Why store-level data matters
A QComm shopper buys from one dark store, a few kilometres away. That store has its own stock and its own search results. A brand can lead a keyword in one city and not appear in another. A SKU can be in stock in most of a city's stores and missing in the busiest ones. Seller portals show your own numbers, but they don't show the shelf the shopper sees next to your competitors.
Digital Shelf reads that shelf every day. When sales move, you can check stock, rank and price on the same screen, before deciding it was demand.
How it starts
- A 30-minute call about your brand, platforms and cities.
- We set up your shelf: your SKUs, your competitors, your keywords and your cities.
- Your team gets logins.
- We walk you through it.
You don't need to give us any account access to start. If you connect your seller account later, your exact sales and inventory sit next to the market estimates.
What the numbers are, honestly
Market-wide sales and stock come from Netr's daily crawl of Blinkit, Instamart and Zepto. They are estimates. Use them for trends and shares, such as whether you gained share in a city this month. Don't use them as an exact count of units sold. Your own numbers are exact once your seller account is connected.
Who it is for
Brand, e-commerce and category teams who want their own view of the shelf, without waiting for an agency report. If you also want us to act on it, Managed Ads includes Digital Shelf. If you want a written read of a category instead of a dashboard, see Market Intel.
For platform detail, see Blinkit data, Instamart data and Zepto data.
