What you see for Zepto
Zepto fulfils orders from dark stores, and each one has its own stock and search results. Netr reads Zepto every day across cities and dark stores. For your SKUs, competitors and keywords, Digital Shelf shows:
- Search rank for each keyword, with organic and sponsored measured apart.
- Availability of each SKU by dark store and city, including where it is not listed.
- Prices and discounts against competitors on the same results.
- Estimated market share by city, with the trend.
Why Zepto needs its own view
Zepto's shelf is not a copy of Blinkit's or Instamart's. The competitors that rank, the brands that advertise and the SKUs that are listed can all differ. A brand that leads on one platform can be hard to find on another. Digital Shelf shows Zepto on its own and next to Blinkit data and Instamart data, so you can see where to put effort.
Availability first
When Zepto sales fall, check availability before anything else. A SKU out of stock in a few high-demand dark stores can look like a demand drop. Digital Shelf separates out-of-stock (listed, no units) from not-listed (never carried), because they need different fixes. Read what is on-shelf availability in QComm.
What the numbers are
Market-wide sales and stock are estimates from the daily crawl. Use them for shares and trends. Your own numbers are exact once your Zepto account is connected.
